Scam Companies
Exposing Scam Companies has been a policy of Scambusters since we launched it in 2006 and we have
had thousands of emails and letters over the years thanking us for exposing the fraudsters and in many
cases preventing owners from falling into the trap as well as helping many recover unlawfully debited fees.
That policy has not changed, however, as many of those companies previously listed have gone, we are
cleaning up our list and we intend in future to list the details of those companies proved to be scamsters with
only a few brief notes from this time onwards.
If anyone wants any other details about any company they think has defrauded them, they should email us in
a private capacity. The reason is because maintaining a website such as this with the details it contains
takes a lot ot time, effort and money to maintain and we need to cut this down.
We will also be publishing details of companies who have signed undertakings with the OFT to comply with
the law when we have those details. Additionally we believe that companies who were previously guilty of
scamming and have now indicated their willingness to change and act in compliance with the law, will also
be listed and supported where it is justified.
