I have been streamlining Scambusters for a while to reflect the many changes going on in Timeshare, and the property world. To date over 400,00 visitors have come to our website in just over a year and documents have been downloaded more than 223,000 times from more than 30 countries. We have assisted timeshare owners recover an estimated half a million pounds taken fraudulentsly by Timeshare Resale companies either from the companies themselves, or the banks under the consumers rights legislation and all that since June 2006, Not bad huh!

Sun, Sand, Sangria and the promise of a life far removed from the dreary work in rain soaked Britain. Is that how you see owning a Timeshare? A lot of people do, but they also see the promise not only of cheap annual holidays in the sun, but also an investment opportunity where they hope their Timeshare will give them a good return on a Resale, as that is they way it is sold and the Resale Companies promise that and more. IT IS AN ILLUSION, A SCAM AND THE TIMESHARE RESALE COMPANIES KNOW IT. In their latest Newsletter, one of the biggest Timeshare Resale Companies ETOO, admitted, that TIMESHARES ARE VIRTUALLY WORTHLESS but they still defraud owners by telling that they are not and take huge fees to sell them.

ATOO (Does it sound familiar) it should it is the Asian Timeshare Owners Organisation another arm of ETOO and they are targeting the Asian Market. Be on your guard ASIA, something nasty is coming your way.	The Daily Mirror reported recently on the denial by Club Class Holidays that they had a Sales Training Manual, but the Mirror had a recent copy that a Whistle Blower gave them who was sick of the scam. The article also mentioned Dinastia and Club Class implied that their dismissal was recent Read the actual fax dismissing them here 7 years ago. Scambusters has a copy of the 1999 Club Class Holidays Sales Training Manual (the one they deny they ever had) and you can read it in its entirety here. Especially interesting is the pages at the back, with some interesting company and personnel details that Club Class deny ever having anything to do with. Sunterra Points Owners - Something good for you coming, a really good success with NatWest for Sunterra points owners where a third party promised you a sale. One owner in the last couple of days, recovered £3,000 from NatWest and ETOO as Sunterra backed the claimant that ETOO CAN NOT SELL THEIR POINTS. Contact me for details if you paid a fee to ETOO or anyone else to sell your points. You were scammed it is fraudulent misrepresentation because ETOO and others know they cannot sell their points but lie to you and tell you they can, to get a fee. It is a crime, do not let them get away with it.	DUNSTAR LEISURE AND TRAVEL Dunstar Leisure and Travel are well known to many Timeshare Owners. Now it appears that they are trading under another name, DGS Brokers. The link on the form on their website sends the enquiry to Dunstar Leisure and Travel. Additionally DGS Brokers is offering Club Class Holidays members to Upgrade to Club Class Concierge (it is club class with some extra goodies thrown in) and is clearly part of the ongoing scam and fraud of ETOO/Club Class	ETOO'S SEPTEMBER 2007 NEWSLETTER.... I was asked recently about the Holiday Advice Bureau (HAB) and if I knew its new trading name as it appears to have dropped off the Radar. The latest I have is that it is probably trading as Harlequin Solutions and possibly still recommending Full Circle Holidays. They might be in bed with Club Class as well, you never know. If anyone has any information on them, please let me have sight of any paperwork.
