There is an awful lot of legislation to plow through out there and believe me I know I have spent hours, days, weeks and months over the years looking for and trying to understand the legislation that exists that the fraudsters do not want you to know about. We have made that legislation available but a lot of it is difficult to understand and we have constantly advised owners of their rights and what the legislation actually means. It is not easy for those not versed in the law to interpret how it works and how to use it.  I know and even though I was a Police Officer for years I still have difficulty with new legislation but I try to help where I can. The legislation that is available can be used and we have put it on our website for you and given what explanations we can to help you when making claims against companies that have defrauded you. However, we do recognize that in some cases the situation is not as easy to interpret as most of us would like.  So we assist where we can with letters to organisations when claiming a fraudulent activity, and we will continue to do so.  If you can use the legislation without our help, then go for it and if you need our help, just ask, we will give it freely.
