Here is a good one for those who have not seen it. For the last few years ETOO have been running an ad on Sky TV.  Many owners responded to the advert and followed through and went to Spain, Portugal and did the other things and spent a lot of money and when they realised they had been scammed and defrauded of a fee (usually £850) to ETOO to sell their timeshare and never did but offered you an exchange instead for membership to their Holiday Club. Gary Leigh of Incentive Leisure in the news again, as is DWVC and Reclaim and Cashback Europe all mentioned in the same Mirror Article on Feb 29 by Penman and Somerlad.

Warning by the Financial Services Commission of Gibraltar

It is a warning from the Financial Services Commission of Gibraltar in November of 2008 about companies registered at suite 1 Garrison House, the home of EOO etc. Global Vacations recently shut down by the Spanish Police was one of dozens of companies registered in Garrison House and all actually operate from Suite 2 and 2A on the Second Floor where ETOO, ITRA and Club Class also reside, one of our investigators recently counted the number of companies on the list of companies registered at 3 Garrison House and they counted 200.

One of our investigators checked Garrison House and the list of companies that used to be there are no longer on display.  Portland Services is advertising that it is registered there and attempts to ascribe credibility to itself, but it has none as their main work is completed in Spain and the Gibraltar Office is a front to obtain respectability when it has none. Does not the Criminal Offences Act state that anyone who aids and abets another to commit a crime commits an offence itself?  Or something like that. THE HOUSE OF LORDS REPORT ON TIMESHARE

The House of Lords Report with evidence entitled "Protecting the consumers of timeshare products" was published on the 18th December 2007. We have received a hard copy direct from the House of Lords  

We have uploaded the full pdf to the Scambusters website and you can download or read a copy of it here, also in pdf. The House made reference to our report to them, and published our testimony along with several others and the report by the House of Lords has been sent to the highest levels of Government within the UK, the EU and to other interested authorities.

It is to be hoped that not only will there be a clamp down on the fraudsters, but that you who have battled with, and supported us in our fight against them, will derive some satisfaction from the report and that something good will come out of it. Our advice is, keep up the fight, the right will win in the end.

The Daily Mirror spoke to Peter Baker who is actually Peter Utal, one of the owners of ETOO, Club Class, Club Class Concierge and everyone knows it, he hides behind a false name, even the guy in the article selling their holiday club memberships in Portugal knows exactly who they all are even though he denies it

Peter does not know his own audited sales figures and the figures he quotes in the article are more than the Audit published on the ITRA website, which is also owned by them. The latest Audit for ETOO last year by Sochalls are totally misleading and they should be investigated as a matter of urgency the ETOO  sales average out at just one sale a day over the last four years according to their latest audit - MORE LIES AND DECEPTION

What are the Police in Gibraltar doing about it? What are the Police anywhere doing about it, nothing, according to Tony Hetherington of the Mail on Sunday, read his latest about T-One (UK) above.

ETOO tried to sue Crimeshare for more than 1,000,000 Euros for publishing that ETOO were defrauding timeshare owners. Did they succeed?  We don't know and apparently Crimeshare is no longer around, they did not have the evidence of the ETOO Fraud, but we do and it is available with our HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK GUIDE.

It was reported by the Office of Fair Trading on Sky News that more than 400,000 people in the uk had been defrauded in timeshare related businesses of an amount in excess of £1BILLION - yes, you read right and there are people out there desperate to close scambusters down for the success we have had against them.  In the last two years that ETOO have had their misleading Advert on SKY TV running, how many more have been defrauded? The Daily Mirror reported recently on the denial by Club Class Holidays that they had a Sales Training Manual, but the Mirror had a recent copy that a Whistle Blower gave them who was sick of the scam. The article also mentioned Dinastia and Club Class implied that their dismissal was recent Read the actual fax dismissing them 8 years ago.

For those who don't know Portland Services is owned by Dennis Gilson, one of the main partners in Club Class and ETOO and was forced out of Gibraltar some years ago. It now operates from an anonymous office in La Linea in Spain. They recently opened an office in Tangiers offering all the usual professional services. Portland Services is the management company for the club Class Group and we are watching closely to see what pops up there because there is no regulatory body in Morocco for Timeshare.

We were asked about the Holiday Advice Bureau (HAB) and if we knew its new trading name as it appears to have dropped off the Radar.  The last thing we heard was that it is probably trading as Harlequin Solutions and possibly still recommending Full Circle Holidays. They might be in bed with Club Class as well, you never know. If anyone has any information on them, please let us have sight of any paperwork.

AND to show how much disrespect ETOO have for timeshare owners, read what they said about Timeshare one year earlier in their September of 2006 Newsletter.  They published then that the days when people could make a profit or even recoup their original timeshare purchase price, were GONE. DUNSTAR LEISURE AND TRAVEL

Dunstar Leisure and Travel are well known to many Timeshare Owners.  Now it appears that they are trading under another name, DGS Brokers. The link on the form on their website sends the enquiry to Dunstar Leisure and Travel.  Additionally DGS Brokers is offering Club Class Holidays members to Upgrade to Club Class Concierge (it is club class with some extra goodies thrown in) and is clearly part of the ongoing scam and fraud of ETOO/Club Class

Sunterra Points Owners - Something good for you coming, a really good success with NatWest for Sunterra points owners where a third party promised you a sale. One owner in the last couple of days, recovered £3,000 from NatWest and ETOO as Sunterra backed the claimant that ETOO CAN NOT SELL THEIR POINTS.
